We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ladson, South Carolina. This is a vital role with a CPA firm, offering a variety of responsibilities including answering inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence. This role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities:• Oversee front desk operations, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner• Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as appropriate• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date• Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with all relevant parties• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing all client needs and concerns effectively• Assist in the preparation for the busy tax season, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed on time• Contribute to the overall efficient operation of the firm, performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
