Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service to all callers

Manage email correspondence, ensuring all messages are responded to in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks
Schedule appointments for multiple executives
Coordinate and book travel arrangements as needed
Conduct filing tasks to maintain organized records
Enter invoices into the computer data system
Communicate effectively through various channels, including email.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience with answering inbound and making outbound calls
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in email correspondence and communications
Experience in managing schedules and appointments for multiple executives
