DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Non-Profit industry based in Pomona, California. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, assisting walk-ins, and completing work order forms. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Assisting walk-in customers and addressing their queries effectively.
Recording, reviewing, and processing applications.
Completing work order forms and other administrative duties.
Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments.
Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks.
Communicating effectively in Chinese or Korean languages would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Ensuring data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Handling both inbound and outbound calls as required.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role within the non-profit sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with data entry and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong customer service skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
Ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Chinese, and Korean languages.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
