• Job Duties:
• Scheduling meetings
• Reserving rooms
• Ordering and setting up lunches (for 1 person OR very large groups)
• Event planning/ coordination
• Restaurant reservations
• Coordinate travel (flights, hotel, car service, rental cars, etc.)
• Tracking expenses and completing expense reports (Concur)
• Time in Quincy Office: Minimum of three days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays plus one other day as assigned). May be a need to come in more often if there are events taking place that require assistance.
