DescriptionRobert Half is currently recruiting a Administrative Coordinator II for a forensic engineering firm in Littleton, CO. The Administrative Coordinator II will report to the Administrative Manager and provide support forensic Experts. It is a client facing position and requires a high degree of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. The position is an in-office position in Littleton, CO during core company operating hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. There will be occasional requirements for overtime to be worked.
What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Technical Report Review and Editing:
  • Serve as a resource for reviewing and editing technical reports authored by experts.
  • Ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to guidelines for reports submitted to clients and potential court evidence.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in technical writing.
  • Document Formatting and Proofreading:
  • Provide expertise in proofreading and formatting documents to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Apply knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure the accuracy and clarity of written materials.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting Support:
  • Utilize strong financial background and accounting competency to assist with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handle expense management and invoicing functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Proficiently use accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar applications.
  • File Management and Organization:
  • Act as the primary resource for tracking, sorting, and organizing files provided by clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to maintain an efficient and accessible document management system.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Interact with clients in a courteous and helpful manner, representing coming with integrity and dedication.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to review and edit technical reports.
  • Proficiency in proofreading and document formatting.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with standard accounting practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, Adobe, and standard accounting software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of legal and court documents.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is required.
