DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. This role will be based in Superior, Colorado, and offers a contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing various administrative operations, including managing the company's management system, utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the company's management system to ensure efficient operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain records, generate reports, and facilitate both internal and external communication.
  • Handle correspondence with various stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide high-level customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the C-Suite by assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilize the 'About Time' software for effective project management and time tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role within the construction or contractor industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with the management system 'About Time' is desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in handling C-Suite level correspondence.
  • Proven track record in data entry tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Relevant certification in administrative support or office management will be an added advantage.
