Collaborate across departments, showcasing strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail to drive your growth within the team. Responsibilities:Collect and evaluate investment and accounting data for portfolio/fund analytics.Assist in preparing valuation and returns materials for committee review.Coordinate quarterly reporting and meet deadlines across teams.Support strategy, portfolio analytics, and investment projects.Collaborate on investor relations and fundraising initiatives.Ensure accuracy of asset-level track record data.Aid in internal and external reporting and audits.Manage annual property budgeting and monitor deadlines.
