Apply now!ESSENTIAL DUTIESAnswers phones in a courteous and pleasant mannerGreets, applicants, residents, and vendorsSupports Community Manager and/or Leasing Director with marketing efforts (mailing marketing materials, tracking and marketing efforts)Meets with prospective tenants and provides tours of the units·Accepts rental applications and ensures they are filled out completely and legiblyAssists Community Manager and/or Leasing Director in entering pre-applications into waitlist software systemInitiates calls to applicants on waitlist for vacant units. Tracks all responsesAssists the Community Manager with certification appointment scheduling – collects all relative data to process applicant certification; processes applicant file for approvalInitiates application background screening and approval processReceives/completes resident work orders and maintains the Work Order LogbookPrepares and delivers all general notice preparation for the Community Manager, as neededCollects rent payments and security deposits under the supervision of the Community ManagerStores all relevant documentation into resident filesCoordinates resident social functions and communicationsPerforms other job duties as required
