Apply now through Robert Half.Responsibilities- Come up with relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Uphold to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, regular assessment, and goal setting- Stimulate accountability and the meeting of deliverables- Organize multiple procedures, policies, and technical accounting analyses- Backfill for Controller where necessary- Warrant regular account reconciliation to completion- Detect and prepare process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Steer the accounting team during the closing process to warrant deadlines are met- Support the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Extra assignments if necessary- Back implementation and make sure adherence to accounting policies and procedures- Inspect and make Ad Hoc financial reports- Developed preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
