Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve financial integration challenges, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Design and implement standardized accounting processes and procedures for the entire organization.
- Streamline financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements to optimize financial operations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to management for effective decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal, to ensure effective communication and coordination during acquisitions and integration processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
RequirementsQualifications:
- CPA designation preferred.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
