We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Controller based in Vero Beach, Florida. The role involves a variety of accounting functions and will require expertise in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. This role is integral to the management and oversight of accounts payable and receivable, as well as auditing and budget processes.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial management and reporting• Implement and manage ADP - Financial Services for effective financial operations• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations• Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions for delinquent payments• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
