This is your opportunity to thrive in a collaborative setting and advance your career in financial services. Responsibilities:Coordinate audit communication and financial reporting for hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital, and private equity clients.Assist with client inquiries on capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and audit confirmations.Manage communications with investment managers and prime brokers, ensuring timely responses and deliverable quality.Oversee reconciliation of investment transactions and lead new fund setups in systems like Advent Geneva.Review financial packages, resolve accounting issues, and coordinate Cash Management and AML procedures.Support Managing Directors, manage staff schedules, provide coaching, and oversee process improvements and technology projects.
