Robert Half is Hiring an Attorney Near St Louis, MO

A large, civil litigation law firm in St. Louis is seeking an Attorney to join their firm. This Attorney will be working high profile cases on a heavy litigation team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft discoveries, pleadings, and motions
  • Monitor case progress
  • Prepare and participate in jury trials
  • Continuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
  • Court appearances as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

An active license to practice law in the state of Missouri and Illinois is required. A minimum of three years personal injury experience is preferred. This role will be mostly in person, with opportunities for hybrid/remote work.

Competitive compensation and benefits included.

Additional notes:

Personal Injury experience is required. Position will be working with high profile cases/team, with competitive pay. Having the ability to work well independently is a must.

IL/MO license required

In office is preferred, but open to hybrid/remote

Ability to do hearings, depos, expert depos independently

Motion practice experience

Would work alongside another Attorney, medical paralegal and paralegal

Interview dynamic: Initial phone interview with talent acquisition and one managing partner. If we choose to proceed, we will schedule an in-person interview with Managing Partners, Attorney, and COO.
