- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit.
- Handle and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payment of dues.
- Assist in answering and triaging phone calls relating to credit inquiries.
- Handle and assign new cases received via emails.
- Perform initial coding of accounts to ensure proper categorization.
- Assist in closing fraudulent accounts in the system.
- Work on basic alerts and reports to help with Fraud Identification and Analysis (FIA) coverage.
- May be trained on handling new card fraud alerts, as required.
