We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team in Emeryville, California. This role primarily involves answering phone calls, assisting customers, data entry tasks, and providing support to the sales staff. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and are expected to provide excellent customer service.Responsibilities:• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries• Handle email correspondence and relay important information to the concerned parties• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales staff• Assist the sales staff in their daily tasks when needed• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform various administrative tasks• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse range of customers• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor over the phone and with office guests• Effectively multitask in a dynamic and high-energy environment• Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated in the system.
