Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support business decisions.
Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using software tools to provide insights into financial performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver actionable insights.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement: Recommend, implement and document process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
Project Management: Manage and lead projects related to financial reporting and dashboard development.
RequirementsQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance and Accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications: CPA, CFA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
