Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth operational analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
- Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct statistical analyses to provide data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with other business units on various initiatives to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide lower level analysts, fostering a supportive and learning environment.
- Utilize analytical tools including Power BI development, Python coding, Excel, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and others to conduct data analysis.
- Maintain data integrity and governance, ensuring clean data flow between systems.
- Develop and implement advanced algorithms to analyze data quickly using multiple tools and strategies.
- Design governance and master data management strategies to ensure data cleanliness.
- Serve as a critical member of the data integrity team within the digital solutions group.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and JIRA
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, design, and analytics
- Proficient in coding and algorithm implementation
- Solid understanding of management principles, procedures, and onboarding processes
- Expertise in workstation support, staffing, and handling suppliers
- Proven ability to perform validation plans and maintain data integrity
- Excellent decision-making skills and business unit knowledge
- Experience in handling expense accounts and commission functions
- Ability to provide onsite support when necessary
- Demonstrated ability in conductivity and proficiency in relevant areas
