DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst Intermediate in Wilmington, Deleware. In this role, you will be involved in the analysis and design of business systems, maintaining a keen understanding of both business and technical aspects of our customer groups. You will liaise between business user groups and technical systems groups, seeing business requirements from inception to implementation. Responsibilities
Liaise effectively between clients and system groups to ensure smooth operation of business systems.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the needs of our customers from both a business and technical perspective.
Analyze and design business systems to optimize efficiency and performance.
Capture, document, and implement business requirements accurately.
Conduct system testing, ensuring functionality meets the captured business requirements.
Act as a key player in the implementation of business solutions.
Apply design controls to ensure the integrity of our business systems.
Utilize your understanding of DTC as needed in the role.
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
