The primary responsibilities of the role will involve creating and maintaining documentation, leading meetings, and serving as a customer interface. The role will involve considerable interaction with diverse teams, and the successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of business process functions, database management, and software applications.Responsibilities:• Assist in the migration of documents using Microsoft SharePoint and other related platforms.• Create training materials, FAQs, user guides, and other documentation to support users during and after the migration process.• Lead meetings with various teams to gather and document requirements.• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Informatica, Agile Scrum, and CRM systems to perform various tasks and manage projects.• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.• Document business processes and propose methods to streamline these processes.• Work closely with system administrators to document and tag the documentation.• Handle customer-facing responsibilities and act as a point of contact for enquiries and support.• Develop and maintain business requirement documents and design specifications.• Undertake other tasks as assigned, which may not typically fall under the usual scope of a Business Analyst, due to the dynamic nature of the company.
