We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business/System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role involves defining business/system requirements, facilitating user meetings, developing use cases, and resolving issues. You will participate in project planning and management, document and maintain plans, manage issue logs, and prepare project documentation. Additionally, you will analyze current processes, recommend solutions, and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users
- Develop use cases and research and resolve issues
- Document and maintain project plans and issue logs
- Prepare project documentation and participate in business analysis project planning and management
- Analyze current processes and recommend improved processes and solutions
- Oversee the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge
- Provide technical and business knowledge to clients
- Stay abreast of technological and competitive developments
- Conduct research on industry practices, standards, and benchmarking data
- Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications
- Experience in the analysis and testing phases of the development cycle
- 0 to 3 years of experience in business/system analysis
- Experience with IAM concepts
- Strong data analytics skills
- Project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process improvement experience
- Data Analytics and IAM background with 2-4 years of experience
