Under the direction of the CRM Product Manager, the Business Systems Analyst II will implement CRM solutions for business users across the organization and champion ongoing releases of new and improved capabilities. The Business Systems Analyst II adheres to and supports the project lifecycle methodologies. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for understanding, identifying, discovering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover & Champion Business Needs: Identify problems, translate them to requirements, and advocate for impactful solutions.
- Manage Projects & Requirements: Prioritize needs, create accurate estimates, and ensure requirements traceability.
- Communicate Value Clearly: Craft compelling business cases and translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Design for Users: Build user-friendly solutions that bridge business needs and technical feasibility.
- Ensure Quality & Engagement: Collaborate on testing, manage standards, and support user adoption.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- 3 years of experience with CRM architecture, functionality, configuration, and current trends
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools, platforms, and trends (MS Dynamics CRM experience)
- Demonstrated success in multiple CRM implementations or platform upgrades
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) across all levels (clients, vendors, peers, stakeholders, management)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and implement new functionalities
