The chosen candidate will be instrumental in implementing CRM to business users throughout the organization, managing ongoing releases of new and improved capabilities, and providing comprehensive business and functional requirements analysis.
Responsibilities
• Elicit, identify, and document business requirements through effective interviewing skills
• Capture business problems accurately and consistently
• Uncover needs and value drivers that business partners and end users may not be able to articulate on their own
• Translate business requirements into functionality accurately
• Manage requirements to meet business expectations and prioritize business requirements
• Understand business process complexity and assess the risks of various solutions across multiple applications
• Document and contribute to the "to be" business process state considering multiple factors
• Understand the organization’s economic and revenue drivers and industry-specific trends that impact the organization
• Adapt quickly to changes in business strategy and help business partners communicate solution value to key stakeholders
• Ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user’s perspective and incorporate knowledge of UI best practices in functional design
• Understand and create functional design specifications for low to high complexity solutions
• Provide the link between the business and technical views of the system and map business requirements to functional specifications ensuring traceability
• Anticipate weaknesses in the design solution to ensure risk is mitigated and understand technical design specifications
• Capitalize on reusability while minimizing rework by incorporating prior resolved solutions
• Consider solution interdependencies in functional design.
