Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls - Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish
- Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers
- Efficiently troubleshoot and provide solutions to potentially complex issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and insights
- Maintain a calm demeanor under high-stress situations
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients
- Utilize skills in call center operations, conflict resolution, and superior customer service to deliver effective customer support
- Stay updated on our diverse product line, especially our generator products, to provide accurate information to customers
- Handle challenging calls in a calm and positive manner.
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center environment
- Proven skills in call center operations and managing high volume call centers
- Experience with fast-paced call centers and inbound call centers
- Prior experience with conflict resolution in a customer service setting
- Ability to provide superior customer service and resolve customer service issues effectively
- Familiarity with call center metrics and key performance indicators
- Experience in a machinery manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and communication
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to call center operations.
