Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Utilize your technology and/or recruiting background to market our contract talent solutions. Engage with C-level executives and key decision makers through video calls, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Enhance Robert Half’s presence by participating in local association events and networking activities.
  • Talent Placement: Identify and match well-qualified candidates to client job orders. Maintain ongoing communication with client companies and contract professionals to ensure exceptional service. Quickly and efficiently resolve any customer service issues to uphold the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly business development targets, driving the success and growth of our client base.

What we’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of business-to-business development experience and/or experience in an IT-related field.
  • Passion for Growth: A strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and the ability to foster client relationships.
  • Versatility: A blend of business development and account management skills, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven Success: A competitive and self-motivated individual with a track record of success and a high sense of urgency.
