Robert Half is Hiring a Collection specialist Near Cranston, RI

Responsible for approving customer orders

Reduce amount of bad debt and account aging by assessing credit risk on orders prior to their release

Contact past due customers in order to compel them to make timely payments

Document all customer telephone inquiries to ensure accurate credit data

Prepare new and update existing customer credit files :

  • Contact various credit sources
  • Run D&B reports
  • Set up customer in the ERP system
  • Assist in determining credit limits

Prepare monthly past due account reports for Management

Assist Accounting and Sales departments with clerical and administrative tasks
