As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for making collections calls, ensuring prompt responses from assigned customers, and handling, posting, and processing payments. In addition, you will maintain daily aging reports, record cash receipts, and perform other business-related duties as required.Responsibilities:• Make collections calls to customers to secure payments• Ensure prompt responses from assigned customers to maintain good customer relations• Handle, post, and process payments accurately and efficiently• Maintain daily aging reports to keep track of the financial status of customers• Record cash receipts to keep accurate financial records• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline the collection process• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting• Perform billing functions as necessary• Use your skills in Navision and Costpoint to optimize collection processes• Provide excellent customer service to maintain good relationships with customers.
