Robert Half is hiring for a Collections Specialist to join our client's team! The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients in accordance with company policies.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment.
Prepare and send statements and invoices to clients.
Work closely with the accounting and customer service teams to address and resolve client issues.
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.
Provide regular reports on collection activities and account statuses to management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collections.
