Position OverviewAs a Collections Specialist, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for managing and executing our collections processes. Your goal will be to ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable, while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collections Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports. Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve client disputes and payment issues professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile discrepancies in client accounts. Update records and maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities, including aged receivables and status updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting and sales teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to collections.
