We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Commercial Rebate Analyst to join our team in EXTON, Pennsylvania. The role involves processing commercial rebates and maintaining accurate financial data records within the telecom industry.Responsibilities:Perform calculations and generate timely payments of Commercial Rebates in compliance with executed reimbursement Agreements.Verification of contract compliance master data and contract maintenance and rebate processing.Perform all data and process controls.Analyze invoice and payment data to itemize and explain payment differences and to facilitate compliance and contract performance reviews.Provide performance reports to account management teams and communicate any items of concern such as unexplained variances or possible disputes over contract language or discount calculations.Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting facilitate process improvements and initiatives maintain associated documentation.Performs more complex analysis in areas such as budgets, strategic plans, product line analysis, mergers and acquisitions work, and treasury and/or credit functions
