The role is based in Miami Beach, Florida, and will require the successful candidate to manage various accounting functions related to housing programs. The role is a key part of our team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks from tenant selection to financial reporting.Responsibilities:• Select eligible residents appropriate for housing programs, ensuring compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations.• Implement and adhere to the tenant selection plan and household program requirements.• Handle daily administrative tasks associated with property management.• Oversee financial operations, including reporting, procurement, and purchasing.• Supervise personnel and manage maintenance operations to ensure the overall physical condition of the property.• Foster positive resident relations and oversee social activities.• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.• Understand and manage accounting functions and budget processes related to commercial property management.• Oversee tenant leases and manage relationships with current tenants and prospective tenants.• Control expenses within the allocated budget.
