Robert Half is Hiring a Compensation Analyst Near Germantown, TN

We are seeking a experience in and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in a REMOTE capacity. The Compensation Analyst will play a key role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation and incentive programs for our organization.
Responsibilities: Conduct, analyze, and evaluate market compensation data to establish competitive compensation for all job positions within the organization. Develop new compensation plans and revise existing plans to align with the strategic goals of the organization. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that government regulations and company compensation policies are in compliance. Prepare and document job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels according to compensation guidelines. Collaborate with HR managers to understand a variety of job classifications and develop appropriate compensation structures. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation training programs. Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. Manage all Partner Compensation files for Payroll Track and include new Partner onboarding, retirements, and tax-related nuances in partnership with our internal tax team Provide Partner Comp data as needed for analysis Collaborate with CFO, Legal, internal Tax and others to properly execute Year-End Partner Retirements Research and collaborate with Payroll and internal Tax and Legal Teams as needed to respond to ad hoc Partner Inquiries Prepare Partner-related balance sheet reconciliations as part of month-end close Maintain all internal files for retirement-related estimates and actuals, as well as answering questions around next fiscal year budget data Manage production, approvals, accruals (as needed), and proper payment of all quarterly Partner Buy Outs Collaborate with Cash and internal Tax teams to ensure correct recording of Retired Partner tax payments and other ad hoc payments Coordinate Partner Comp and related communications with the CFO Special projects as assigned by the CFO or Controller
