We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Manager to join our client's team. As a Compensation Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from handling payroll activities to advising on remuneration and retirement matters. This position plays a key part in our Human Resources department, providing crucial support across three companies.Responsibilities• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and review of payroll processing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other payroll transactions.• Manage remote payroll and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.• Ensure all remuneration activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local laws.• Oversee various benefits programs, manage associated vendors, and conduct market analysis to recommend possible improvements or enhancements to the HR department.• Conduct in-depth salary analysis to support the development of a comprehensive North American compensation strategy.• Administer and manage varied 401k, Pension, and Medical Retirement programs for the North American business units and conduct market analysis in partnership with the HR department.• Support the HR department in forecasting annual personal expenses on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure all month-end HR reporting is submitted accurately and before deadlines.• Manage both internal and external audits related to compensation.• Review and process HR-related invoices and charges, approving or denying costs as required by law or policy.• Support the onboarding and exiting processes for newly hired or separating employees.• Maintain a detail-oriented relationship with our ADP, Inc. vendor and handle all requested reports related to compensation and the Human Resources team.
