Role(s): Contract Admin - Global Signature DeskRemote vs. On-site: Remote Targeted Start Date: ASAP Screening: Background check required Duration: 6 months could be contract to hire for the right candidate Duties/Requirements:• Proficient in SharePoint, DocuSign, Outlook and MS Office • Attention to detail- Data entry • Process (vendor and customer agreements) through the contract signature process, including contract intake, coordinating signatures, and internal/external distribution of fully executed contracts• Upload fully executed agreements to the contracts repository and input key metadata from the agreement into the repository• Liaise and provide support to key internal stakeholders • Assist with other data entry and filing projects as needed: follow up on translated contract, rename, upload into system- review for key terms
