Robert Half is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Des Moines, IA

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator in DES MOINES, Iowa, 50327-1538, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing legal documents, maintaining legal files, reviewing and modifying contract-related information, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion of contracts and agreements. You will also lead internal meetings, correspond with external parties regarding legal and contract negotiations, and oversee the execution of contracts.

Successful candidates will join a cohesive and collaborative team. This is a new position for our client! An exciting opportunity for one with a high level of ownership in their work!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process letters, communications, and legal documents through various channels

• Build and maintain legal files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documentation

• Review, modify, and disseminate information related to contracts and legal matters as needed

• Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of contracts and agreements

• Lead internal meetings and correspond with external parties regarding legal and contract negotiations

• Oversee the execution of contracts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Stay informed of applicable federal regulations and ensure compliance in all legal processes

• Conduct customer contract review meetings, providing clarity and addressing concerns

• Proofread contracts and prepare them for execution, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Contract Management, including drafting, interpretation, and execution of contracts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to contracts is advantageous.

• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
