This role is based in the legal industry and involves managing and drafting contracts. The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation of Board Letters and other legal documents. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the contract administration process, ensuring all contracts are properly processed and stored• Draft, review, and edit contract terms and documents to ensure they are accurate and legally sound• Collaborate with process partners to negotiate and amend contracts as necessary• Prepare Board Letters, understanding the requirements necessary for successful preparation and review by County Counsel• Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate, timely, and legally sound advice• Monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action in accordance with contract terms and conditions• Maintain an accurate record of all contracts, customer interactions, and actions taken• Understand and adhere to all legal procedures and guidelines in the contract management process.
