Their responsibilities include negotiating contract terms and conditions with various parties, analyzing potential risks associated with contract agreements, and ensuring that employees and leadership understand the information outlined in the contracts.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Minimizing Project Risks: Take necessary steps to minimize risks related to contracts.Supporting Project Managers: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure safe and proper project execution.Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company’s work health and safety policies, standards, and procedures.Reporting and Presentations: Prepare monthly project reports and make presentations at meetings.Negotiations and Dispute Resolution: Support negotiations, manage contractual changes, and resolve disputes with contractors.Claims Management: Assess and prepare claims from suppliers.Contract Usage: Ensure that project members use the contract correctly.Going Paperless: assisting in electronically filing and converting old contracts and bringing them up to date via DocuSign.
