This organization that has had a lot of growth has an exciting opportunity for a Controller. The role involves overseeing financial aspects of the manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.• Manage the plant's budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with operational teams to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.• Analyze plant performance metrics, including cost variances, production efficiencies, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Collaborate with others to provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making initiatives.• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.• Provide financial leadership and guidance to plant management and staff, supporting decision-making processes and driving accountability for financial performance.
