The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly closing processes of the finance team, owning the monthly result
• Ensure accurate cashflow management and monthly forecasting
• Maintain accurate tax records; ensuring the company is compliant in all legislation changes and implementing any change accordingly
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Creation of annual budget and forecast models
• Maintain monthly intercompany reconciliations (both national and international entities)
• Help establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Support the production of new financial KPIs and help drive the operational teams to improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite Excel
• GAAP knowledge
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
