We are looking for a Controller to join our team in the construction industry, based in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is critical in leading our accounting team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient operations• Oversee the preparation and analysis of annual, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports• Conduct financial reconciliations regularly and ensure accuracy of financial records• Comply with financial regulations and standards in all financial reporting • Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support business decisions• Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budget• Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis and manage bank relations• Oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll• Manage casualty insurance and maintain the general ledger• Support leadership and ownership with accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
