Robert Half is partnering with a global company that is expanding and seeking a corporate counsel with 3 years’ experience for its Miami office. This attorney will report into the General Counsel. Company provides remote flexibility (3 days in office/ 2 days WFH); along with excellent benefits including 6% contribution to 401k and 4 weeks paid time off. Job duties include:

• Responsible for complex public-private partnership and project financing transactions
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Responsible for project finance and corporate governance issues related to PPP projects
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements, including project agreements, design-build agreements, operating agreements, consulting agreements, and confidentiality agreements
• Manage outside counsel

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in any state bar
• 3 years of project finance experience at a mid to large law firm
• Project finance law firm experience required
• Infrastructure, construction and PPP project experience is preferred
