The chosen candidate will be responsible for tasks related to credit and account management in an efficient and timely manner. The role will involve using online software programs for account set-up, credit application processing, and other tasks related to credit and account management.Responsibilities:• Coordinate and follow up with sales and clients for credit application processing and account setup.• Set up new customer accounts and process credit applications through our online software program.• Handle account setups for COD, Credit Card, and ACH payment terms.• Ensure approved account setup into Factor software for smooth transactions.• Maintain accurate credit records and resolve any account inquiries.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.• Handle ad-hoc reporting and projects related to credit and accounts.• Collaborate with the credit department for credit approvals and credit card payments.• Maintain the functionality and efficiency of the credit department by performing regular account maintenance.• Provide assistance to customers for any inquiries related to their accounts.
