Responsibilities:Conduct exciting product demonstrations at customer and dealer locations, tradeshows, and on-camera.Empower salespeople with comprehensive product knowledge and create engaging sales training materials.Engage with the online community, initiate discussions, respond to queries, and leverage influencers.Nurture long-term dealer relationships through calls, visits, training, newsletters, and innovative campaigns.Create captivating content that contributes to the customer experience and journey mapping.Stay on top of industry trends, collaborate with the marketing team on projects like video production.Steer customer retention and loyalty programs, contributing to our distribution strategy.Compile key reports and deliver compelling presentations in leadership meetings.Key Competencies:Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Comfortable with giving presentations to large groups and representing the company at tradeshows.Proficiency in social media management across various platforms.Technically proficient, especially with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe applications. Design skills are a plus.
