Robert Half has partnered with an internationally recognized company that is rapidly growing, yet still values their tight-knit community at local headquarters here in Central CT. As part of their expansion, they are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join the Customer Service team.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately and timely coordinate all customer orders
- Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure order details are accurate
- Provide prompt updates concerning the status of customer orders
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, product information, etc.
- Review and run appropriate reports as required
- Advocate for process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
