About The RoleIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth living experience. You will handle a variety of inquiries, process applications, schedule appointments, and play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Experience with affordable housing is a plus! We are looking for someone who understands the unique needs and challenges faced by residents in affordable housing communities.
Key Responsibilities
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred: Experience working in affordable housing or a related field.
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Process applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule maintenance requests and appointments.
- Resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communication.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
