Robert Half is Hiring a Customer Service Representative II Near Santa Fe, CA

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries or complaints about our products and services. You will be expected to offer solutions, conduct follow-ups as needed, and manage both inbound and outbound calls.Responsibilities:• Resolve customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.• Reach out to customers to respond to inquiries or notify them about claim investigation results and planned adjustments.• Direct unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation.• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.• Utilize verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and maintain interpersonal relationships.• Work independently and manage your time effectively.• Accurately document and record customer/client information.• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.• Apply past experience in customer service to effectively address and resolve issues.• Utilize skills in merchandising, claim administration, adjustments, complaints, interpersonal skills, written communication, and resolving customer complaints to perform tasks efficiently.
