- Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide a resolution to avoid repeat calls.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, along with actions taken.
- Supporting customers by learning about and satisfying their needs through clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Managing and controlling customer relations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-support role.
- Track record of overachieving quota.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening.
