Robert Half is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer credit applications and conduct data entry tasks.
- Handle return good authorizations and rebates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Operate in a fast-paced call center environment, managing high call volumes.
- Use Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage and track customer interactions.
- Work closely with the customer success team to create positive customer experiences.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Utilize call center metrics and operations to optimize customer service delivery.
- Draw on previous call center experience to navigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in call center operations and understanding of call center metrics
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced call center is essential
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively
- Demonstrable experience with inbound call center operations and previous call center roles
- Proficiency in computer data entry, typing data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to customer success stories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
