Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including voice calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on processed orders and customer interactions.
- Evaluate and scan documents in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high-quality, direct communications with clients, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively to complete tasks and manage customer records.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions and processes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet company objectives.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with order entry and email correspondence is required
- Experience working in a call center environment is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
