Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Delivering high-quality customer service to all customers
- Performing data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records
- Handling email correspondence with customers as needed
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
- Continuously monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
- Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry skills
- Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
