DescriptionWe are offering a role in the manufacturing industry located in Torrance, California, United States. The job function is Customer Service Representative Bilingual Vietnamese. This role involves providing professional and friendly customer service to customers in our Torrance branch location.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and in person
  • Answer questions about company's products and direct sales business model
  • Process orders and transactions efficiently
  • Deliver information about company's promotions, events, and sales campaigns
  • Provide proactive customer outreach to maintain customer engagement
  • Handle customer complaints in an empathic and professional manner
  • Handle inventory reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Perform any other office-related duties as required
Requirements
  • Applicant must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and good decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or related software is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
