Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and in person
- Answer questions about company's products and direct sales business model
- Process orders and transactions efficiently
- Deliver information about company's promotions, events, and sales campaigns
- Provide proactive customer outreach to maintain customer engagement
- Handle customer complaints in an empathic and professional manner
- Handle inventory reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Perform any other office-related duties as required
- Applicant must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
